My name is Steve Hattan, the creator of "How to Negotiate Thousands off Any Realtor Commission". I’ve been a licensed Realtor in Illinois since 1995.
Throughout my career as a Realtor I’ve won several awards including 1st Place at Tom Hopkins Sales Mastery Boot Camp among 400+ international participants and have listed nearly 2000 homes. By dealing with such a heavy sales volume and first hand experience I’ve had the opportunity to gain rock solid knowledge in Realtor psychology when it comes to buying, selling and negotiating.
Since 2002 I’ve been helping homeowners just like you save money when selling or buying a home through my flat fee real estate company HomeOwners Advantage.
